Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Items must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).
Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Handling Fee
A $2.99 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each approved return request.
This fee covers processing and administrative costs associated with the return.
Refund Method
Approved returns are refunded as store credit only.
Store credit does not expire.
Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase in our store.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Digital products or downloadable items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and use your store credit to place a new order.
